   A great tool for measuring the amount of sugar in solutions. came calibrated on distilled water, you can correct it yourself if necessary. Left scale to determine the actual volume of sugar, edit-only for the estimated expected release of alcohol from the wort. You can not try to measure Braga, the device for this is not intended.
