DY2015A storage battery tester is used for activated style lead-acid storage battery, along with checking battery life time and the following conditions of the battery, starting up, charging, and electrical loading.
The Product Features
FOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
The larger the CCA value of the battery , the internal resistance is generally smaller.
Note:
Preparation before testing – When the car is started, first turn off the fire and turn the key to the OFF position.
The standard voltage is 9.6V. The test result is more than 9.6V，the boot system is normal. (Otherwise，the boot system is abnormal.)

If the voltage reading is less than 12.8V (For 24V system , the reading is less than 25.60V)
Please check whether the generator belt is worn and the wire is short-circuited or not .
Note: Preparation before testing – When the car is off, please start the car engine first.
If the voltage reading > 15.0V (for 24V system , reading > 30.00V), please check the regulator
If the voltage reading is <13.3V (for 24V system , reading > 26.60V), please check the connection point, wires and engine.
