У меня уже есть такой перфоратор, второй купил для соседа. При проверке из коробки был запашок горелой изоляцией, немного напрягло, но подумал выветрится, отдал. Через день сосед звонит, говорит, искры с него летят и клинит. Разборка показала, что статор не встал при сборке в пазы, сместился во время работы с упоров и стал чертить по магнитам ротора. Поставил всё на свои места, перфоратор заработал как ему и положено. Будьте бдительны, если есть сомнения, лучше разобрать и посмотреть.
