Shunt of composite plate thickness of 1mm: at the edges of copper, in the middle of something high. Connection-can be pressure welding. The middle is cut to the desired resistance and honed for an accurate fit. According to my multimeter, the resistance of the shunt is + 1% of the nominal value. You can “calibrate” shunt with a file 🙂
